About Our Client

Due to our client's continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator within the executive team. This is an integral role in a small dedicated team that is part of a successful financial services company. Located just in North West Leeds this will be on a full time, permanent basis.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include supporting and assisting the executive department through accurate admin & data entry. You will provide and maintain administrative support, including the updating of the company database and other associated duties such as filing.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a track record in administration. Experience of working within a professional services sector would be an advantage. Previous experience of handling telephone calls, customer service and administration are essential experience for this role. Applicants must be proficient users of Word, Excel and Outlook This role will require you to be professional and an excellent communicator with a proactive approach.
