Job Description

As Secretary your duties will include:

  • Providing PA support to a director
  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Supporting a busy department with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Updating client database
  • Maintaining management information reports
  • Audio-typing
  • General ad hoc support

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Have professional services experience
  • Have strong audio-typing skills
