About Our Client

The client is a government body, based in Westminster in central London.

The opportunity will be working within a directorate in the business support function.

Job Description

The secretary/group admin role requires support to the directorate heads plus their wider teams.

Requirements also include: becoming a first point of contact, booking meetings, arranging appointments via electronic calenders, raising purchase orders.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Secretary/Group Administrator will have experience in supporting a number of senior level managers. Strong admin skills especially in using Outlook.

Experience within the public/not-for-profit sectors is essential, experience in working for central/local government is desired.

What's on Offer

The role is open to those available to start immediately, and paying between £12-14ph depending on the candidate.

A full-time role, initially for 2 months but with the possibility of extension. The role is based in Westminster, in central London
