About Our Client

This prestigious independent school are looking for a school fees administrator to join their team who also has experience of the sales ledger aspect.

Job Description

The role of the School Fees Administrator, based in West London, will involve:-

- managing all aspects of the fee invoice preparation process in accordance with the school's policies

- Preparing and submitting direct debit collections for each term

- Assisting queries concerning fees and extras

- Responsible for the sales ledger and updating it to ensure that fee bank account postings and reconciliations are correct

- Responsible for credit card payments

- Preparing debtor reports for the bursar

The Successful Applicant

You will have worked in a school previously and have worked in the sales ledger function. It is essential you have experience in handling student fees, excellent communication skills and good Excel skills ( V Look Ups and Pivot Tables).

There is an attractive salary on offer between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with an excellent benefits package.
