Our client, a market-leading organisation based in Somerset is looking for an ongoing temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team

Job Description

The duties of the Customer Servcie Advisor include, but are not limited to:-

  • Respond to customer contacts in a professional and efficient manner
  • Using the relevant system to record necessary information and instigate actions as required
  • Meet all requests for information in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide customer information in a clear and concise manner
  • Administrative skills
  • Process invoices
  • Maintain internal electronic filing systems
  • Reports statistics to management

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Advisor will possess:-
