About Our Client

Our Client is a leader within the Pharmaceuticals industry. They have a global presence and are looking for a Sales Order Processor to ensure orders are processed accurately and to support the Supply Chain team.

Job Description

Duties of the Sales Order Processor role include:

  • Running daily Sales Order Processing report
  • Manage Orders by customer and date required
  • Check inbound purchase orders, and chase as appropriate
  • General administration - filing; creating reports and documents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required for the smooth running of the department

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Experience in an administration role
  • A high degree of computer literacy, particularly in Excel or MRP
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong mixture of self-starter and team player
  • Methodical, with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise a high workload
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills

What's on Offer

The salary on offer is £15k - £18k per annum
