About Our Client
A excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading service sector company based in new offices in Knutsford. This is a good time to join this business as they are currently moving a number of key projects to Knutsford from their international office network. The role of Sales Ledger/Billing Assistant will report into the Financial Controller. This is initially on a temporary basis ofr the next 6 months.
You will have the opportunity to look after you own key set of customer Accounts.
You will be responsible for raising all invoices and checking contracts to make sure customers are billed correct
Raising credit notes
Building relationships with key customer accounts
Credit control where required
Using Excel on a daily basis in order to report on Sales Ledger
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for this role you:
Must have previous credit control or billings experience
Ideally have used major ERP system such as SAP /Oracle
Should be interested in a 6 month contract role
Must have good excel skills- ideally to v look up and pivot table level
