About Our Client

Our client is a UK based retail company who wholesale fashionable clothing to UK high streets based in London. The role has the opportunity to become permanent.

Job Description

The roles and responsibilities of a retail sales ledger will include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Logging and raising manual invoices
  • Ensuring customers invoices are raised correctly
  • Liaising with Purchase Ledger and Accountant
  • Producing and reconciling month end reports
  • Generating a monthly aged debtors report
  • Adhoc duties including filing and dealing with any enquiries

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would:

  • Have a year or more sales ledger experience
  • Have great communication skills
  • Be immediately available
  • Be committed to temporary opportunity
  • Be a team player
  • Degree educated or working towards relevant finance qualifications ie AAT
