Job Description

  • General accounts queries & problems

  • Keeping a record of all cheques received

  • Cash invoices

  • Banking cash & cheque sales

  • Checking credit history for new customers when necessary

  • Setting up approved customer accounts

  • Updating prices

  • Sales Data Reports for Directors

  • Commissions, Over riders and Rebates

  • Credit control

  • Customer credits: investigating need for credit, raising credit

  • Producing & posting/faxing/emailing customer statements

  • Providing PODs when requested

  • Amending & printing out recent invoices when required

  • Investigating & raising internal credits for any deductions

  • Queries in relation to Technical problems with regards to a complaints

  • Month End

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Sales Ledger
  • Able to work in Herne Hill, South East London
  • Excellent Excel Skills (Vlookups and Pivot Tables)

A starting salary of £24,000-£25,000
