Job Description

The Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:-

  • Raising a high volumes of sales invoices on a daily basis
  • Dealing with all discrepancies from customers and investigating in depth
  • Issuing credit notes when required
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Allocation of cash
  • Pricing for products or projects
  • Creating statements and sending to customers
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Assisting with any aspect of Credit Control

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Sales Ledger Clerk will require the following:

  • Previous experience within a sales ledger role
  • Good communication skills
  • Great IT knowledge
  • Be immediately available
