Job Description

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will report directly into the Sales Ledger Manager and will work in a busy, fast paced team.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to; resolving any Credit Control queries, ensure billing system is kept as up to date as possible, resolving queries in an accurate and timely manner, chasing payments via telephone, letter and email, reconciling customer accounts and other ad hoc duties when required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will have:

  • A background in Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable / Credit Control
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills including Excel (pivot tables and vlook ups)
  • A highly organised approach to work
  • Excellent customer service skills
