Job Description

  • The Sales Ledger will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are correct
  • Raising any invoices for fees and charges outstanding
  • Record payments and monitor expenditure
  • liaise with clients and colleagues advising them on fees, charges and deposits
  • The Sales Ledger Clerk will also be responsible for chasing debtors after consultation with the head of Finance

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be qualified or studying towards AAT or equivalent. You will also show good knowledge of Excel and have worked with Financial systems. You will be able to work under pressure, you will be personable and able to deal with internal and external queries. The Ideal candidate will also be highly organised particularly paying meticulous attention to detail.
