Sales Ledger & Payroll - Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry

Job Description

  • Setting up new clients
  • Checking new customer's credit ratings with banks
  • Setting up the terms and conditions
  • Producing invoices
  • Banking and reconciliations
  • Chasing outstanding debts
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments
  • Ensuring customers pay on time
  • Helping process up to 500 staff on the payroll (weekly / monthly)

The Successful Applicant

  • The ability to work in a team as well and individually
  • Sound decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in payroll would be an advantage.
