About Our Client

Ensure Customer Sales Orders are invoiced on a weekly basic to the agreed procedures via Global 3000 and EDI, with relevant reports produced in a timely manner.

To log all production shorts on to the relevant Customer Service Level Report and associated delivery notes.

Retrieval of Proof of Deliveries from relevant internet sites. Recording proof of deliveries received into the department and that any delivery discrepancies are noted on our delivery note and relevant CSL.

Cash allocation, Debit note processing, run & maintain product price list/databases.

Ad hoc assistance to the Customer Accounting Manager and other Team members when necessary.

Job Description

  • Processing of Sales invoices by adjusting delivery notes where applicable within the Global 3000 system. Matching the original delivery notes to reports and daily trackers from or 3PL (Dairy Crest), along with checking any available internet sites.
  • Produce invoice files via EDI or manually which are to be posted in accordance to the Customers requirements, on a daily/weekly basic. Invoicing to be completed by Thursdays 12 noon.
  • Filing of delivery notes and invoices after processing.
  • Allocation of cash receipts, ensuring all receipts are posted and allocated to Debtors Ledger within 48hrs of receipt(the exception being at close of month).
  • Check and validate Debit Notes, ensuring all audit requirements are adhered too.
  • Valid Debit Notes to be written-off in accordance with audit requirements
  • Take ownership of all queries relating to Debit Notes, unpaid invoices, rejecting any invalid claims, contacting customers regarding reason for non-payment.
  • Provide accurate information and support to the Sales Teams when requested.
