About Our Client

My client is within the manufacturing industry based in Sunbury-On-Thames, Middlesex.

Job Description

  • Coordinate the sales enquiry process to ensure that customers are kept informed of progress, costs from different departments are correlated & reviewed and proposals are submitted in a timely manner

  • Maintain and expand customer and potential customer information in a CRM style system

  • Identify, plan and attend suitable trade events either as an exhibitor or a visitor in order to build company profile with potential customers

  • Undertake market research, including use of website forensics, into potential customers and use direct marketing techniques to make them aware of our products and capabilities

  • Maintain and expand keywords and phrases for google adword campaign

  • Work with subcontracted marketing company to manage social media accounts and the development of the website

  • Comply with the company's Quality Management System, procedures and HSE requirements
  • Ensure that the first contact through to bid construction, proposal submission and follow-up activities are conducted effectively

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of working within a customer facing role previously
  • Knowledge of sales administration/support
  • Ability to communicate with clients at all different levels
  • Available on short notice
  • A suitable sales and marketing related qualification or equivalent would be preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

What's on Offer

My client is looking for a Sales and Marketing coordinator for their company based in Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity and the right candidate will ideally be available on short notice. The role will involve extensive project coordination and trade show organisation and will require someone to respond to customer queries effectively. This role will be paying up to £30,000 per annum based on experience.
