About Our Client

A local client with branches throughout the UK.

Job Description

  • Day-to-day communication with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
  • Provide proof of delivery, copy invoices, credit and debit notes
  • Filing and archiving customer orders, warehouse instructions and delivery notes
  • Creating and maintaining customer and supplier records
  • Updating pricing matrices
  • Production of month end reports and statistics
  • Sales order processing in SAP
  • Keeping complaints and collections data base up to date
  • Post in/out
  • Deal with requests for samples or literature
  • Credit card and cash sale transactions
  • Ensuring that all areas of the sale office are neat and tidy
  • Observe all aspects of Health and Safety within the sales and warehouse environment
  • To carry out any other administrative duties as requested

The Successful Applicant

Candidates must have a strong Sales Administration background to be considered for this role. Candidates who have knowledge of CRM / SAP would be preferred.
