My client is a market leading company in the manufacturing field. Operating globally, they are looking for someone to join their already established UK team in Windsor.

Job Description

The duties of the Sales Administrator will be:

  • Customer order processing using ERP system
  • Support & expansion of customer online ordering system
  • Sales & Office Administration
  • Report & analysis to assist Sales Team
  • Dynamic interaction with Sales team to assist with productivity
  • CRM Database maintenance and support
  • Contact & qualify new lead enquiries, ensuring they are contacted by sales within 24 hours
  • Exploring ways to continuously improve customer experience
  • ERP (ordering) system support
