About Our Client

Our client, a large automotive company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

Job Description

The duties of the Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Emailing
  • Raising invoices
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Data Entry
  • Order processing
  • Compliance checks
  • Registration processes
  • Dealing with customers in writing and over the phone
  • General administration duties such as filing

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will possess:-

  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Administrative experience
  • A positive outlook and good communication skills
