About Our Client

An industry-leading automotive company, based in the City Centre of Bristol, are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role include, but are not limited to:-

  • Sales invoice processing
  • Ensuring stock information is up to date
  • Customer file management
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems
  • Other administrative duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator role will possess:-

  • Experience in administration
  • Good IT and web administration skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite e.g. Excel, Word. Outlook
  • The ability to sensitively handle confidential information
  • First-rate communication skills
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to deal with complex information with confidence
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
