An independent Law Firm based in the West End of London and offices in America offering a wide range of services to companies and individuals alike. They focus on legal services in areas such as employment, family, private client and corporate, and are looking for a Reward Assistant to join their company permanently.

Job Description

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Support Compensation and Benefits Manager with benefits scheme
  • Be responsible for administration of Firm's benefits system
  • Run an manage monthly benefit reports for payroll
  • Help with continuous improvements of benefits scheme/system/processes
  • Process invoices
  • Deal with all compensation/benefit queries in the Manager's absence
  • Assist in working closely with HR Assistants and the Payroll team to ensure payroll is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Support annual salary review and bonus process

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in your application for this Rewards Assistant position you will:

  • Have ideally worked as a Compensation and Benefits Assistant previously in a busy environment
  • OR having worked as a HR Administrator/Assistant with extensive exposure to compensation/benefits/reward
  • Have working knowledge of HR processes such as Salary Review, Bonus Review, Appraisals, On-Boarding
  • Need to be confident engaging with senior internal stakeholders
  • Ideally have dealt with all compensation, benefits, or reward queries (for example in a senior staff members absence)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (specifically 'vlookups', pivot tables, 'if' formulas etc.) highly desirable
