Job Description

Work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop bespoke recruitment solutions for 'hot spot' areas and difficult to fill roles.

Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.

Provide solutions to promote the most effective advertisement and candidate engagement methods.

Support the delivery of the People Strategy, particularly helping to embed solutions relating to attraction and recruitment.

Support the maintenance of the social and digital brand image by appropriately utilising online tools, to provide a positive recruitment experience which builds candidate connection and employer brand.

Provide basic reporting on applicant volumes and current vacancies within designated support areas.

To receive and respond to all queries and requests within reasonable time frames and in a professional manner at all times.

To keep up to date with legislative changes that may impact upon the recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant:

  • MIRP or MCIPD or equivalent.

  • Must have previously used jobs boards and social media to attract applicants
  • Must have previously worked in a high volume, highly competitive environment
  • Able to meet and exceed the needs of the customer

  • Good administration skills
  • Fully competent in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel and stay away overnight occasionally
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels

What's on Offer
