Job Description

  • Initially you will be responsible for managing all the administration of the temporary and permanent desks.
  • You will be responsible for dealing with calls from clients, candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • You will be happy to call clients to obtain references on candidates and follow up with working candidates in regards to time sheets and queries.
  • You will be assisting the team with finding relevant candidates on job boards, linked in and through referrals.
  • You will organise interviews both with consultants and externally with clients for candidates and take feedback.
  • over time you will be provided with the opportunity to train to be a full recruitment consultant and conduct the sales part of the job, however this is only if you decided you want to pursue this part of the role and the financial benefits its brings.
  • You will be responsible for all the sales administration that is generated through placements.
  • You will be looking to work in London, Birmingham or Reading.
  • You will be keen to work in a resourcer role. You will be happy initially working in an admin and secretarial role.

The Successful Applicant

  • Develop your knowledge of recruitment and sales administration at a professional industry leading firm.
  • Improve your communication skills by speaking with candidates, clients and the rest of your team
  • Take responsibility for your own project based assignments such as researching commercial information about your market
  • Advertise client roles on our website and screen the applicants
  • Improve your confidence in real business situations through attending candidate interviews and client meetings
  • Training to be a resourcer as a step to deciding on your career.
  • You will have a good standard of education and ideally some previous work experience.

We're looking for ambitious team players with a passion for sales to join us and take advantage of what we can offer.

What's on Offer

We are looking for both permanent and temporary employees for the teams in London, Birmingham or Reading.

We are offing a starting salary of £20,000 depending on skills.

You will be provided with extensive sales and customer service training.
