Job Description

As a Regional Cleaning Manager you will be responsible for;

  • To manage the site managers in the delivery of cleaning KPI's on a site by site basis and oversee the Assured audit process on each site.
  • To have a roster in every store and plan to recruit to fill the gaps
  • To identify supplier performance issues and refer to effect solutions
  • To construct and review Red store Action plans to ensure site issues are addressed proactively
  • RM and Regional HRM and take corrective action to ensure KPI's are achieved.
  • To use information and results to provide visibility of Route planning, key site actions and priorities
  • To authorise the weekly payroll and continually review ideal rotas for best practice and efficiencies
  • To manage site budgets within set targets
  • To promote all site controlled budgets and share best practice across area.
  • To train, develop and appraise Site Mangers to ensure they lead and motivate their own in house teams. This to include Training Needs Analysis and delivery of training solutions.
  • Specific responsibility for the recruitment and training delivery of Site Managers using facilities to include full validation of training.
  • To audit all sites to a set process on a regular basis to ensure Site Managers meet the laid down standards of delivery
  • To carry out HR and training audits to ensure Site Managers compliance in training ACES colleagues in delivery of defined standards.
  • To recruitment all Site Managers Supervisors and formulate and manage the cleaning management succession plan for the area
  • To apply the disciplinary procedure in accordance with CFM Policy in agreement with RFM and Regional HRM up to and including dismissal
  • Carry out reviews of the legal training to ensure compliance across the area.
  • To present cleaning matters at the monthly management meeting and ensure all cleaning briefs are understood with action as appropriate.
  • To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • To carry out other duties as requested.
  • To initiate performance management measures where these are required in conjunction with the RFM/RHRM
  • To deliver all cleaning initiatives on time and in line with performance standards - and ensure all feedback requirements are met to ensure success factors can be assessed properly

The Successful Applicant

  • In depth knowledge of cleaning operations with demonstrable experience of managing people and service delivery

  • Experience in the delivery of service to defined KPI's
