About Our Client

Based in London but with operating in over fifteen countries, our client is a well known marketing agency looking for a permanent Recruitment Resoucer to join their London team but who is also flexible to travel to West Sussex once a week.

Job Description

Your initial position will revolve around sourcing direct candidates via job boards and LinkedIn for the in-house recruitment team and building your own vacancy list managing various stakeholder requests/attending job briefings. You'll also provide general admin support to the recruitment team. Other will include:

  • Working in partnership with the In-House Recruiters and key stakeholders to promote and recruit for vacancies
  • Direct sourcing of candidates, utilising appropriate channels including company websites, job boards and social media to include LinkedIn
  • Collation and rationalisation of CV's and applications in line with the job specification
  • Speaking to candidates on the telephone to understand their requirements and providing written feedback to the team
  • Partnering with PSL agencies where necessary and arranging/attending vacancy briefings
  • Undertake local market analysis, benchmarking via competitor job adverts
  • Develop a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future roles
  • Coordinate OPQ's and testing for candidates
  • Collating data for MYFOF bi-weekly communications
  • Booking interviews on behalf of the recruitment team
  • Ensure that a positive candidate experience is gained and assisting with candidate feedback
  • Assist Head of Recruitment with the running of Graduate and Intern schemes for the group
  • Interviewing graduate candidates against the company values and competency framework to assess initial suitability and producing written rationale for interview
  • Assist Head of Recruitment with Graduate assessment centres when needed
  • Become a super user of the Applicant Tracking System
  • Recruitment administration for the team

The Successful Applicant

What the client require in a successful applicant for this Recruitment Resourcer position:

  • Ability to work in both the City of London and West Sussex - ESSENTIAL
  • Ex-agency background in corporate recruitment is highly desirable
  • In-house resourcers from corporate backgrounds also considered
  • Able to source candidates through a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, advertisement etc.)
  • Knowledge of competency interviewing
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • use of a variety of selection tools including ability tests and personality profiling
  • Graduate/intern recruitment desirable
