About Our Client

The Not-for-Profit client based in Denbigh is currently expanding and developing their HR / Recruitment team. They are dedicated to provide mental health support to both children and adults.

Job Description

The Recruitment Manager is a brand new and permanent role. The Recruitment Lead will report in to the HR Manager. The role will include a variety of responsibilities and has potential to develop as a role. There will be the following responsibilities included but not limited to the role:

  • To introduce recruitment strategies in order to generate candidate pools
  • Updating and improving current in house recruitment processes
  • To advice recruitment managers in terms of the current market expectations
  • To work alongside a Recruitment officer and to delegate work accordingly.
  • To introduce and update social media to the charity in order to attract a bigger talent pool and to raise the profile of the organisations
  • Succession planning
  • Project planning - potential to introduce a new ATS in future dependant upon budget requirements
  • To promote talent management
  • To advise and keep up to date with recruitment employment law.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have:

  • Previous examples of working in a HR / Recruitment environment
  • Previous example of working for in-house recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise work load
