Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant position based in Slough will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a 360 degree recruitment process
  • Searching and registering new candidates and assessing their suitability for job roles
  • Engage with clients to promote the use of us as an agency
  • Meet with candidates and clients
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain business relationships

  • Experience of working in a customer facing sales role would be an advantage
