About Our Client

Our client is a global organisation in the charity sector with their international Head Quarters based in Central Woking a short walk from the train station. They have circa 8000 employees across the globe and 170 staff in their Woking branch.

The current Human Resources and Personnel Team consists of 2 Recruiters, and they are looking for another Recruitment Advisor to join the internal team.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Advisor:

- Provide a specialist recruitment service within the organisation, advising and supporting in recruitment and selection

- Use a range of attraction options to build effective relationships and networks

- Writing and reviewing job descriptions

- Review and improve recruitment processes, communicating ideas across the organisation

- Sourcing candidates for high volume roles, liaising with candidates and stakeholders to manage the end to end recruitment process

- Arranging and taking part in interviews

- Project work around competency based interviewing

- Manage candidates on the ATS

The Successful Applicant

- Experience of either internal or agency recruitment

- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
