My client is looking for a Recruiter to join their HR team based in Exeter.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will focus on securing the best talent, sourcing them directly where possible and ensuring a consistent and excellent candidate experience. This is a new role within a growing HR Function with huge scope and potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment and selection process for a wide variety of roles including high volume positions and specialist technical roles
  • Design, organise and facilitate interviews and assessment centres
  • Develop role profiles and adverts
  • Build relationships with, and liaise with HRBP's and line managers
  • Liaise with agencies and manage PSL relationships
  • Work closely with the HR and Marketing teams in promoting and developing the employer brand
  • Organise exciting projects such as the graduate, internship recruitment
  • Produce management information reports
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment and selection processes and materials for improvements

The Successful Applicant


    • Experience of managing end to end recruitment campaigns in a very fast paced environment
    • Ability to work with initiative and focus in an ever changing environment
    • Experience of using an applicant tracking and online assessment systems
  • Evidence of partnering and consulting with stakeholders

    • Solid experience of recruiting direct candidates from a variety of sources - headhunting candidates directly for vacancies, resourcing candidates from job boards, recruitment portals etc.
    • Experience of designing, organising and facilitating assessment centres
  • Highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Experience of producing high quality reports, spread sheets and other MI and data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Passionate about a career in recruitment

  • Ideally, experience of supporting high volume campaigns e.g. graduate recruitment
  • In-house recruitment experience
