Job Description

The role of the Recruitment Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor is to support the manager and the HR team. You will be assisting in tracking new joiners , leavers and absences on CRM and excel spreadsheets. Monitor agency representatives to ensure they submit timely and accurate data on a weekly basis. Supporting the teams with administration tasks.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor MUST have:

  • Commercially focused and posses a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills, having worked in a call centre and customer service environment
