About Our Client
Our client is a leading global ecommerce company.
The role of the Recruitment Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor is to support the manager and the HR team. You will be assisting in tracking new joiners , leavers and absences on CRM and excel spreadsheets. Monitor agency representatives to ensure they submit timely and accurate data on a weekly basis. Supporting the teams with administration tasks.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor MUST have:
- Commercially focused and posses a can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, having worked in a call centre and customer service environment
What's on Offer
Temp contract until end of peak season. Able to work flexible shifts including day, late and night cover
