About Our Client
This is initially a 3 month Contract with scope to be extended.
An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a growing organisation based in Milton Keynes.
The Recruitment Administrator will be joining an established HR team and will be focused on developing the candidate experience within the business.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:-
- Advertising new vacancies across the whole business
- Screening CVs
- Arranging interviews
- Providing feedback
- Assisting on projects such as developing the use of social media with the recruitment process
- Proactively sourcing candidates
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the recruitment cycle and want to work within a team who are focused on customer service and dedicated to making improvements. Understanding of social media is advantageous.
