Job Description

As Recruiter your duties will include:

  • Working with line managers to identify their needs and requirements
  • Drafting job specifications and advertising these using the Companies website
  • Monitor response to vacancies advertised and provide information to HR Director
  • Sift applications according to minimum criterion for role
  • Select for interview
  • Co-ordinate interview process
  • Offer position or reject after interview
  • Arrange offer letters and contracts of employment and new starter information
  • Distribute speculative paper CVs received to relevant Manager
  • Monitor equal opportunities by sending Equal Opportunities form to each employee, monitor its return and update information
  • Manage a team of 2 Resourcers

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Have volume recruitment experience
  • Be confident dealing with suppliers
  • Be able to manage multiple recruitment processes
