About Our Client

My client are a privately owned business services company, working with large financial institutions in London and across the UK.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Finance Assistant, duties include:-

  • Supporting the Senior Finance Assistant and the Financial Controller on a project
  • Reviewing accounts over the last four years, investigating irregularities
  • Identifying anomalies and investigating back to source, reconciling and reporting
  • Extrapolating financial information from Sage, reconciling in Excel and uploading to the general ledger
  • Ad hoc duties and reporting where necessary

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:-

  • Must have working knowledge of Sage
  • Confident working on Excel to a reasonable standard
  • Previous experience working in an analytical role essential
  • Immediately available
