Job Description

As a Reconciliations Clerk , you will be reporting into the Accounts Manager. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Reconciliations, complete allocated monthly Site stock reconciliations in line with company procedures, in accurate and timely fashion. Complete allocated monthly and weekly Company and customer reconciliations in an accurate, approved and timely fashion. Responsible for liaising with the sites, companies and customers to ensure reconciliation variances are investigated, acted upon and relevant corrections processed. Communicate reconciliation issues to Finance Manager in a timely and clear manner.Work with the Finance Manager and team members to continually review and improve the reconciliation systems and processes. Prepare and dispatch weekly and monthly site statements, contact sites to confirm stock balances and chase for missing information and assist in the preparation of monthly departmental reports.

- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written - Essential

- Be organised and methodical - Essential

- Have a relevant degree - Essential

- Have a good background with using systems such as Excel and Office - Essential
