About Our Client

My client is an organisation based in the Southampton area. A small team looking for an individual who can commit to a month long role.

Job Description

  • Post room activities including material procurement
  • Reception and visitor management
  • Co-ordination of site initiatives including Dry Cleaning, Valet services and well being appointments
  • Dealing with visitors: arrangement of transport, booking meeting rooms, refreshments etc as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a departmental support role
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to demonstrate the following competencies
