About Our Client

Our client, a reputable property organisation are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their expanding team

Job Description

Duties of the Receptionist/Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Greeting clients

  • Maintaining an efficient and presentable working area

  • Communicating and liaising with relevant departments

  • Coordinating catering requirements

  • Maintaining room booking systems

  • HR administrative duties

  • Diary management

  • Liaising with contractors as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Receptionist/Administrator will possess:-

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Will possess strong MS Office skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good telephone manner
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude
