Job Description

Answering the telephone and dealing with Reception visitors

Typing letters and emails

Administration duties, i.e., forwarding emails, dealing with the post, checking delivery notes and general administration duties

Assisting the Finance Manager with ledger based entries (sales and purchases)

Assisting the Sales Director and Sales Manager with customer queries, sample forwarding, sales order processing and general sales duties

The Successful Applicant

The applicant must have a working knowledge of Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite. Although we have a Sage based software programme knowledge of this module is not essential. Having a driving licence would be preferable
