Job Description

As Receptionist your duties will include:

  • Managing a busy reception desk
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Full switchboard responsibilities
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring that they are well presented
  • Providing a professional and friendly front of house service at all times

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously worked in a corporate receptionist position (ie not hospitality)
  • Have experience of a switchboard system

Whilst it is possible to reach this location by car, parking can be difficult. If you have access to public transport then it would be preferable
