About Our Client

They are a well established form with circa 60 in the London office. They also have a small office in Switzerland and a presence in New York. The firm are growing and moving offices so this is a new role. There is a family feel to the firm as well as it being quite corporate and it is a sociable and supportive place to work.

Job Description

You will be based on reception in an autonomous role. You will be responsible for answering calls which will be quite a large part of the role and also meeting and greeting in a highly professional way. You will ensure that food is stocked in the office and help with some scanning duties and some filing.

This is a great role for someone who really enjoys a meet and greet role and is keen to be part of a professional but friendly and corporate firm.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Have worked on Reception in corporate environment
  • Be able to work autonomously and without lots of direction
  • Be a team player and happy to help others where necessary
  • Have a very professional telephone manner

£24,000 - £28,000 (depending on candidate) plus benefits
