About Our Client

Based in the West end, our client is an investment adviser who require a receptionist to help them on a contract basis.

Job Description

Your contract reception duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors, answering phones and setting up meeting rooms and video conferences.
  • Provide refreshments for meetings and arrange lunches or catering as required.
  • Support the Office Manager with identifying and addressing office facility issues.
  • Order office stationary supplies.
  • Oversee staff and kitchen areas. Handle the associated ordering of stock and supplies as well as the maintenance of appliances, crockery, etc.
  • Look after all incoming/outgoing post and assist with courier collections and deliveries.
  • Build relationships with external suppliers.
  • Work with IT to manage video conference setup or resolve technical issues that impact the front of house.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including printing, filing and data entry.
  • Support the broader Admin team with ad hoc duties.

The Successful Applicant

Individuals need only apply if they meet the following criteria:

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Working exposure to corporate reception.
  • Highly efficient and organised.
  • Ability to provide good customer service.
