Job Description

As Receptionist your duties will include:

  • Receptionist duties including meeting and greeting client

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Managing reception and waiting room

  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post

  • Maintaining boardroom booking facility

  • Managing the company switchboard

  • Maintaining car park booking duties
  • General office administration

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Be comfortable managing a busy switchboard
  • Have a professional manner in dealing with clients
