They are a very well established financial services firm who are very successful. the atmosphere in the office is quite creative and it is not like working in a typical financial services environment. It is a really fast paced environment and everyone is very hard working but it is supportive and friendly.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity as it is going to be working on Reception alongside another receptionist but will involve a lot more than meet and greet. You will be doing admin work, some over spill PA work and helping with some of the office management. It is a fast paced environment, really friendly and they are looking for someone for the long term.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Have previously worked on reception
  • Ideally done some PA or admin or office management work also
  • Be a team player and able to muck in
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
