About Our Client

They are a very well established firm who are extremely successful. There are 32 people in the office and they based not too far from Bank tube. The atmosphere is highly professional, and corporate but friendly and supportive and everyone is expected to 'muck-in'.

Job Description

You will be based on Reception in a stand alone position. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting in a highly professional manner, ensuring that guests have passes, refreshments etc. This is predominantly a traditional Receptionist role but you will be required at times to help the Office Manager, or with over spill PA duties or help with some facilities work.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Have worked previously as a Corporate Receptionist
  • Ideally have worked for a financial services firm or professional services firm
  • Ideally have worked in a smaller office
  • Ideally have worked in a stand alone position or be happy to take on this role
  • Be a team player who is happy to muck in and take on other ad hoc tasks
  • Be seeking a long term position where you wish to settle

What's on Offer

£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on the candidate) plus bonus and excellent benefits
