My client is a large public sector organisation and is based in Leicester city centre.

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Assistant's responsibilities will be varied, but will include:

  • Analysing and interpreting rules and regulations
  • Preparing the organisation for internal and external audit reviews
  • Liaising with accreditation bodies to ensure the organisation is complying with guidance notes
  • Understanding and applying the accreditation rules and guidance
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure they are complying with regulations and principles
  • Analyse and respond to written letters of complaint
  • Collate and organise the organisations accreditation reports

At the outset you will be provided with training on the regulations and rules.

The Successful Applicant

I am keen to hear from individuals that have had exposure to reading, understanding, interpreting and applying written information. You may currently be working in the legal profession, or you may be working in an accreditation, administration, or compliance role. You must have strong written and oral communication skills and will be able to work both independently or as part of a team. You will ideally be a graduate, but I will consider candidates that have not been to university.
