Job Description

The Purchasing Services Analyst position will involve:

  1. Monthly report on product level volumes by site (transactional data) and product details (catalogue data)
  2. Monthly report on supplier spend by site for the Operations Team to better manage the contract.
  3. Produce variance reports per site for Ops.
  4. Work with buyer & supplier on right product /specs for small offer
  5. Manage on boarding of new suppliers
  6. Attend monthly Ops meetings
  7. Attend Mobilisation calls
  8. Manage all complaints and nominations for the account
  9. Maximise any supplier promotional activity
  10. Be client interfacing where required
  11. Work with the Development Chef on food trends
  12. Ensure P2P and ordering templates reflect menu requirements for all suppliers
  13. Ability to work with multi stakes holders whilst managing the departments needs

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate profile:

  1. Buying or Logistic experience
  2. Good Pc skills including Excel - V look Ups & Pivots
  3. Good inter-personal skills
  4. Strong team player
  5. Well organised with attention to detail
  6. Self-starter
  7. Ability to interpret data
  8. Positive and determined outlook
