About Our Client

The Job description includes but does not exhaust-
- Set up and maintain user profiles
- Maintain system work flows
- Answering queries and resolving issues related to Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices, Credit Notes, and Payments
- Provide support for the team ensuring standard operating procedures are in place and that training plans are up to date and adhered to.
- Provide feedback to the team in order to:
- Improve quality
- Develop and maintain performance
- Drive improvements
