About Our Client

A well established business in Wilmslow that provides professional business services to their client base. Due to it being a busy period for the business they require additional support.

Job Description

To complete statement reconciliations on a monthly basis; including the following stipulations:-

Updating Case status to Successful/unsuccessful/ongoing analysis

Identifying and obtaining any copy Invoices

Scan Copy Invoices into proclaim onto each case and enter onto new invoices spreadsheet

Confirm all new invoices/instructions match an Anticipated Disbursement instruction from a Fee Earner

Notify Operational management when it appears process is not being adhered to.

  • To produce statement payment runs on a fortnightly basis; taking all reconciliation factors into account
  • To ensure timely payments for immediate payment invoices/client expenses or other immediate payment costs in line with cases in line with process
  • Ensuring all purchase ledger payments are posted onto system on a timely basis
  • Assist with implementation of all purchase invoice office creditor ledger onto new accounts system
  • Build relationships with both Suppliers and Internal stakeholders to improve confidence
  • Project work as required
  • Assist other team members with queries
