About Our Client

Our client is a well-known and growing business looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their Accountancy team based in Guildford

Job Description

  • Code and check invoice to input onto Navision
  • Match invoices to purchase orders on purchase control and import in Navision
  • Process 400-500 invoices per month
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Processing monthly bacs run using Lloyds link
  • Process staff expenses, credit cards and petty cash and reconcile
  • Process bacs payments on Navision
  • Handling all purchase ledger queries from Suppliers and staff
  • This is a busy/challenging position for a growing company and duties may change increase with the needs of the business.
  • There are strict month end deadlines to be adhered to
  • Assisting with month end reporting
  • General accounts administration

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have experience of working as a Purchase Ledger or similar to
  • Good Excel and IT skills
  • Team player required
  • Must be a driver

What's on Offer

£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
