Job Description

This Temporary Purchase Ledger role will include the following responsibilities;

  • Managing allocated suppliers
  • Matching, Batching and Coding of invoices
  • Working within a team of 3 and supporting annual leave
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Credit card statements
  • Expenses Payments
  • Assisting the management accountants in month end closing procedure
  • To assist in a process improvement project

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, the following criteria is essential;

  • Excellent work attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High standard of work
  • Excellent systems knowledge inclusive of Excel
