About Our Client

Our client is looking for to add a Purchase Ledger clerk to their Accountancy team in Redhill

Job Description

  • Experience of working as a Purchase Ledger clerk
  • Process an estimate of 100 - 150 invoices per week in multi-currencies (US Dollars/Euros/Sterling)
  • Assist with month end
  • Deal with telephone, email and postal queries from suppliers, ensuring that queries are resolved or passed on to the relevant person
  • To reconcile statements on a monthly basis
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties as requested

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience of using an Accounting system
  • A good understanding of excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role
  • Experience of working within a team
