  • A leading energy business in central manchester requires an ambitious Purchase Ledger Team Leader to drive this small team of clerks forward

Job Description

  • Effectively manage the team processing invoices
  • Weekly reporting and monitoring to ensure all processing adheres to agreed SLA's
  • Develop routine processes, setting objectives
  • Manage and individual/team improvements
  • Drive cross training to ensure there is flexibility within the team
  • Improve processes around supplier statement reconciliations
  • Implement KPI's to monitor the performance
  • Manage the timely resolution of escalated complex issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Lead from the front
  • Experience of managing teams successfully
  • Thorough understanding of invoices processing and accounts payable processes and systems
  • AAT qualification is desirable
  • Exceptional level of communication skills
  • Capable of working under pressure processing high volumes of work
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and email
